At "Elements Of Fitness" we look to cater to as many people's individual makeup and lifestyle as possible.

We understand it can be difficult to focus on your health and fitness with the demands of modern day life. That's why we believe it's our job to educate our clients to give them the tools they need  to create "their own version" of a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

Personal Training 

Our Personal Training service allows us to work with clients on a one to one weekly basis from their home or outside.  

We tailor your bespoke training package with weekly training sessions to get the most out of your body. This allows us to speed up the process of development through more intensity, extra attention and motivation. 

Sessions are either 30mins or 45 mins in duration, from your home or a location near you. The beauty of this you can have a personal training session without leaving your house. No memberships, no busy gyms or commutes to deal with,"just quality training".

Fitness Programming 

We offer fitness programming tailor made for each individuals unique makeup. Our fitness programming can be designed for weight loss, fitness progression, pain management, creatinghealthy lifestyle and sports specific training. 

Through our fitness app you can access your program, workouts, input measurements, record activity, connect devices and check in with your trainer to ensure sure you stay on track. 

Our app gives you everything you need to be successful in reaching your goals. It also allows us to train you in real time from anywhere.

All Programming $50 per month ($150 one off payment)

12 week period

Includes: Consultation, Program Design, Access to App and Check ins.

Performance Coaching  

Performance coaching focuses on athletes looking to improve at their desired sport in a certain area. This  service allows us to work with athlete on a one to one weekly basis to improve performance.   

We create a tailored training package for each athlete. This includes weekly training sessions, fitness testing, fitness programming, recovery program, fitness tracking and access to our fitness app.

Football Performance Program

3 month period

Includes: Access to fitness app, progressive program, workouts, tracking, designated trainer

Bootcamps  

Our Bootcamp classes run from two locations in the 4017 Sandgate area, Curlew Park and AKO Martial Arts. 

Classes are 30 mins and are open to all abilities.  

 

SUNDAY BOOTCAMP - Get a full body workout while the little ones are playing their football at Messy Dribblers or just come down and have a great workout outside. Open to adults of all abilities. 

​

WOMEN'S BOOTCAMP - We focus on getting women stronger, fitter and healthier. Using a variety of training methods specially targeted for women.

​

DAD'S BOOTCAMP - Is for men aged 30+ year old. We look to push intensity in training while working on injury prevention. Our programming is designed to keep the body functioning at a high level, whilst working on weaknesses.

​

Price: 8 week course $120 ($15 per session)

         Single session $17.50
