Performance Coaching 

What is "Performance Coaching?"

We  have broken overall fitness performance down to 5 key elements to look at when looking to improve any desired skill, action, function or goal related to a sport.

 

This means by improving and manipulating certain elements we can achieve any goal, for any individual, at any ability level. 

We can apply this methodology to improve performance, technique, fitness,  pain management and injury prevention in athletes. 

What we look at in our athletes 

This is what I focus on through my analyse of each element:

Power - The ability to create explosive output at speed.

Strength - Overall strength and endurance of a muscle group.

Stability - Ability to stabilise joints through a desired movement pattern.

Mobility - Range of movement through joints of a desired action around joints. 

Cardio - Level of cardiovascular capacity through each energy system.
